AFRI-LEARNING is a company specialized in professional training for languages, project management and IT. AFRI-LEARNING is based in Conakry, Guinea and offers its services throughout West Africa.
During their professional and educational experiences in France, Thierno BAH and Tafsir DIALLO had the idea to develop training services for companies in Guinea, their country of origin.
Our partnership consists of providing support for foreign language training: tests, analysis of learners' needs, methodology and advice.
In the long run, we hope to develop our presence in a growing market on the African continent by combining our know-how with that of these talented young entrepreneurs.
iCIMS
iCIMS is an all-in-one recruiting platform and leader in talent acquisition solutions whose Talent Cloud platform empowers organizations to attract, engage, recruit, and develop top talent.
Our partnership began back in 2017 when EASYRECRUE, a French start-up acquired by US-based iCIMS, developed EasySPEAKing with our support. This highly innovative assessment was among the first on the market to remotely measure speaking, listening and writing skills.
Intercountry started with the development of the English version of the solution, and then accompanied the growth of iCIMS with many other languages over time: Arabic, Cantonese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Farsi and Turkish.
The assessment is divided into 3 parts, all of which can be completed entirely online from a computer, tablet, or phone:
- Oral Expression
- Oral comprehension
- Writing
5 questions are asked, and the candidate answers them via webcam recording. The evaluation focuses on vocabulary, grammar, and syntax...
After listening to an audio clip (2/3 min), candidates answer 8 multiple choice questions.
Candidates write a 150-word text on a given topic.
Intercountry then views the oral portion and analyses the essay to assign a language proficiency score to the candidate.
We correct nearly 50,000 assessments each year for 16 languages.

Canning is a training organization founded in 1965 in central London, a few steps from Covent Garden and the British Museum. Canning is renowned for its language immersion programs for professionals from all over the world.
